Shipping policy

In stock items are typically shipped the next business day.  Most personalized and custom products are ready for shipping within 2-3 business days.  I do my best to keep shipping rates reasonable, but unlike large volume online retailers, I can't take a loss on shipping just to make a sale.  If purchasing multiple items and the shipping rate looks off to you at checkout, don't be shy about contacting me.  There may still be a few glitches within the website on how shipping is calculated. I will do my best to combine shipping and get you the best rate possible.  If the website incorrectly calculates a shipping cost that is not feasible for us, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund if you decide you don't want to pay the corrected shipping fee.
