Trailer Jack Spacer

This trailer jack spacer kit is for raising the height of a typical 3 bolt trailer tongue jack.  If you're constantly scraping or bending your trailer jack because it doesn't have enough clearance, this is a solution for you.

If you go with the Weld it Yourself kit, it ships as tabbed and slotted 3/16" bare metal.  You assemble and weld the joints and the slots. This is offered in a total height of either 3" or 2".

You supply you're own longer bolts and nuts since the length needed will vary by trailer. The slots in my design allow this spacer to work for three bolt jacks with a distance between bolts from 2-7/8" to 3-1/2".

For hitching/unhitching you may need to make up the difference in height with a wood block at the foot of your jack, but hey, you won't have to keep buying new trailer jacks!
